Q. How can I set up an account with IIHF and is there any requirements?
A. You will need to meet a minimum order quantity of €400 to qualify for setting up a trade account with us, if you can do this, please go to the Contact Us section of the website. Please provide as much information as possible. We will be in touch with you shortly.
Q. I don’t have an account with IIHF and I am a private customer, can I still place an order and collect it?
A. All customers need to set up an account with us first (see above). If you require a delivery an order minimum off €400 needs to be met. If you wish to collect from our main depot in Ballyvourney Co.Cork, there would be no minimum however orders for collection need to be placed at least 24hrs in advance. You can collect from our warehouse on a Monday, Thursday or Friday from 10am to 4pm. You can pay by cash, cheque or card.
Q. Can members of the public buy from your depot in Balyvourney Co. Cork any day?
A. No, we are only open to the public on Saturdays from 10am to 3:30pm.
Q. How can I check my deadlines for placing an order and my delivery day?

Q. What is the best way for me to place an order?
A. You can send us your order in many ways; You can phone it in by calling our Sales team on 02665750 ext. 1. You can email your order to sales@iihealthfoods.com in an excel format with codes in one column and quantities in another column. You can also upload it here on our website by going to your profile and clicking on Quick Order or Import Order. We also have a fax option. You can fax your order to 02665768.
Q. If I need to change my delivery day, what do I do?
A. Please contact our Sales Team on 02665750 ext. 1 or email sales@iihealthfoods.com. They will check this with our Transport Manager and will confirm back to you as soon as possible.
Q. If I need to update my delivery address or any of my details, what do I do?
Please contact our Sales Team on 02665750 ext 1 or email sales@iihealthfoods.com. They will update your details and inform you of any changes to your deadline or delivery day.
Q. If I am missing stock or need to return an item, what do I do?
A. Please contact our accounts department on 02665750 ext 3 or alternatively email Accounts.Receivable@iihealthfoods.com. They will investigate this and resolve any issues you have with your delivery or stock.
Q. If I need to know if any items will be out of stock on my order, what do I do?
A. When you place your order with our Sales Team please request to be informed of any out of stocks on your order, as this is not automatic.
Q. I am a Saturday customer, but I need items that are not accessible on a Saturday, what do I do?
A. Members of the public can come into our warehouse every Saturday from 10am to 3:30pm. You will be able to purchase what is on display on the shop floor. We cannot tell you what will be there as this changes each week. If you require specific items, you will need to set up a Saturday account with us and meet a minimum of €300. This order will need to be placed by 4pm on a Wednesday and will be assembled by our warehouse and ready for your collection on Saturday. Our accounts department will call you Friday afternoon for payment. To do this please contact our Sales Team on 02665750 ext. 1 or email sales@iihealthfoods.com. Q. How can I check if you stock an item and where I can buy it?
A. We have a magnifying glass at the top right of the website at all times allowing you to search for the products you desire. You can also search by brand in our Brands section which is organised alphabetically for your convenience. Q. How do I check if you have an item in stock or when it’s due back in?
