They are the finest Styrian Gold variety of pumpkin seeds, organically grown in Austria, which are prized for their unique flavour and abundance of minerals. They have been lightly coated in Clearspring’s very own award winning organic tamari. 

Styrian pumpkins are unusual in producing naked seeds - with no tough outer shell - that at harvest time are simply removed from the pumpkin in the fields. The seeds are then cleaned, dried and lightly roasted in small batches to draw out their flavour and produce their characteristic crunchy texture.
