Made using a traditional labneh recipe, this is a soft creamy delicious sheep's milk cheese, a sustainable cow dairy alternative.

Suggested uses:

• Spread on crackers or crusty bread, stir into pasta, and use as a creamy topping on a baked potato or stuffed peppers.
• Top chicken breasts or fish pieces (e.g. hake or cod) with labneh and dukkah and serve.
• Spread on wraps or sandwiches.
• Beat the labneh adding flavouring of your choice, for example, garlic, smoked paprika, pesto, or dill, and then use it as a creamy spread or topping.
• Roast some aubergines, then top with labneh and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

Store in a refrigerator, but best served at room temperature.
