With our ginger paste, you get all the rich, zesty flavour of ginger, without the fibrous texture… or the time spent peeling, chopping or grating. Which of course, means more time to get creative with your cooking.  

Mix it with soy sauce, sesame oil and spring onion for a quick marinade for stir-fries or grilled vegetables.
